PRINCIPAL USES

EnviChem 4132 is a combination of organic amine compounds biodispersant which helps remove microbiological deposits from cooling system surfaces and inhibits their reattachment. It increases the effectiveness of both oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides by improving penetration of the microbiological slime. It also improves heat transfer efficiency, reduces under-deposit corrosion and increases the time between turn-arounds by controlling slime build-up

DOSAGE

The specific dosage of EnviChem 4132 varies depending on the operating characteristics of your system and the water chemistry.
Your EnviChem representative will recommend the optimum dosage necessary to ensure maximum program performance according to your specific system parameters.
FEEDING:
EnviChem 4132 is non-corrosive to ordinary metals used in feeding devices. It may be fed directly from the drum, using a chemical pump of other feeding device. The product disperses readily into feed water at normal temperatures. The dosage point should be completely submerged, as foam can be produced if the mixing is carried out in an open vessel.
MATERIALS: Storage and application equipments (pumps, lines) should be made of Nordel, Polypropylene, Viton, Teflon TFE and Teflon FEP Stainless Steel (316L), Polypropylene, Teflon-lined Steel, Ryton, Polypropylene, TefIon PFA. Do not use Aluminum, Brass, Carbon steel, Neoprene, Nickel, Plasite 6000, Plasite 7122 or Stainless Steel 304 in contact with the neat product.

HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING

As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
EnviChem 4132 can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
EnviChem 4132 is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
