PRINCIPAL USES

– EnviChem 2110A is an advanced “All-Organic” corrosion and deposit inhibitor for open re-circulating cooling water systems. lt is designed to operate at high alkalinities and hardness, minimizing or eliminating the need for makeup pre-treatment.
– EnviChem 2110A is effective over a broad range of application parameters. It is most suitable where the alkalinity in the re-circulating system is within the range of 100-500 ppm.

DOSAGE

The specific dosage of EnviChem 2110A will vary depending upon the operating characteristics of your system, the water chemistry, and the severity of problems encountered.
Envi Eco will recommend the optimum dosage necessary to ensure maximum program perfor-mance according to your specific system parameters. Important parameters (e.g. conductivity, hardness, pH, m-/p-alkalinity) have to be kept and checked regularly.
FEEDING:
EnviChem 2110A should be fed neat continuously to a location in the system where it will be uniformly mixed and thoroughly distributed (Tower basin or suction side of recirculation pump).
MATERIALS: Storage and application equipment (pumps, lines) should be made of PP, PE, PVDF, PVC, Butyl rubber, Nitrile rubber, Viton or EPDM. Do not use carbon steel equipment.

HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING

As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
EnviChem 2110A can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
EnviChem 2110A is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
