EnviChem 9113M is a highly concentrated anti-debris inhibitor specifically used in oil drilling operations.

PRINCIPAL USES

EnviChem 9113M is scale inhibitor formulated to inhibit both carbonate and sulphate scales of calcium, strontium and barium.

DOSAGE & FEEDING

Treatment rates will depend on the severity of the scaling problem, the type of scale, temperature and pressure so that each application must be evaluated individually to ascertain the optimum dose level and the best application technique.
However, for most situation, a level of 5 to 15 ppm (based on total fluids) provide good protection.
EnviChem 9113M can be applied using either a slug-feed treatment or continuous injection via a suitable metering pump. EnviChem recommends continuous feeding.

MATERIALS: Storage and application equipments (pumps, lines) Plasite, Rubber, PVC, Teflon, Vinyl, Plexiglass and Polyurethane, among others. It should not be used with Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Mild Steel, 304 SS, 316 SS, Plasite 7122 or Neoprene.

HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING

As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
EnviChem 9113M can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
EnviChem 9113M is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
