Description

EnviChem 6230 is a deposit inhibitor used effectively in geothermal energy production, reinforced with polymer content.

DOSAGE

The EnviChem patented software will define the optimum chemical requirement for any given water quality. In calculating dosage rates, temperature and pressure limits, operating parameters and brine quality are all considered.
Your EnviChem representative will recommend the optimum dosage necessary to ensure maximum program performance according to your specific system parameters.
EnviChem 6230 must be continuously added to the feed water. Dosing of pure product is preferred.
MATERIALS: Storage and application equipment (pumps, lines) must be made of PVC, PP, PU, PE, Viton, Hypalon, Teflon, Vinyl, Fiberglass (411) or Plasite (4005, 6000, 7122). Do not use Aluminum, Mild steel, Nickel or Brass, Stainless Steels or Carbon Steels in contact with the neat product.

HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING

As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
EnviChem 6230 can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
EnviChem 6230 is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
